Standard Pathfinder 1e Racial Traits
Ability Score Modifiers: Beastborn gain +2 Wisdom and –2 Intelligence. While in bestial form, they also gain a +2 racial bonus to one physical ability score chosen when they assume that form: Strength, Dexterity, or Constitution.
Type: Beastborn are humanoids with the shapechanger subtype.
Size: Beastborn are Medium creatures and have no bonuses or penalties due to size.
Base Speed: Beastborn have a base speed of 30 feet.
Languages: Beastborn begin play speaking Common. Beastborn with high Intelligence scores can choose any bonus language except secret languages such as Druidic.
Animal-Minded: Beastborn gain a +2 racial bonus on Handle Animal and wild empathy checks.
Change Shape (Su): As a standard action, a Beastborn can assume bestial form. In bestial form, the Beastborn gains a +2 racial bonus to Strength, Dexterity, or Constitution and chooses one bestial feature:
• Two claw attacks, each dealing 1d4 points of damage.
• Darkvision 60 feet.
• A +1 racial bonus to natural armor.
These benefits last until the Beastborn returns to humanoid form as a swift action. The Beastborn must return to humanoid form before assuming bestial form again to select different benefits.
Spell-Like Ability: A Beastborn with Wisdom 11 or higher can use speak with animals once per day. Caster level equals character level.
Low-Light Vision: Beastborn can see twice as far as humans in conditions of dim light.
Race Points: 10 RP.
