Unless otherwise specifically identified, original creative material published on Abadonya.com is protected by copyright and remains the property of its applicable Abadonya copyright owner. Protected material includes original lore, histories, stories, characters, deities, factions, organizations, cultures, locations, maps, artwork, illustrations, symbols, original names, descriptions, campaign material, setting material, adventures, encounters, and other original creative works.

Access to Abadonya.com does not transfer ownership of any Abadonya intellectual property and does not grant a commercial publishing, merchandising, sublicensing, or redistribution license except where permission is expressly stated.

Permission for Personal Games

Visitors may view, reference, and print reasonable portions of original Abadonya material for private, personal, non-commercial tabletop roleplaying games. Game Masters may adapt Abadonya material for use within their own private campaigns.

This limited permission does not authorize republication, public redistribution, uploading substantial portions of the website elsewhere, sale, paid access, commercial exploitation, or distribution of modified or derivative versions of Abadonya material.

Written Permission Required

Without prior written permission or a written license agreement, original Abadonya material may not be:

• sold, licensed, sublicensed, rented, or otherwise commercially exploited;
• copied or redistributed as books, PDFs, websites, applications, databases, downloads, videos, products, or other publications;
• included in commercial adventures, campaign settings, supplements, games, merchandise, subscription services, or paid content;
• adapted, translated, converted, compiled, substantially modified, or used to create distributable derivative works;
• used in a manner that falsely suggests official authorization, sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement by Abadonya Archives; or
• used to remove, obscure, or misrepresent copyright, attribution, trademark, or licensing notices.

These restrictions apply only to material for which Abadonya holds the applicable rights. They do not restrict rights independently granted by third-party licenses or rights provided by applicable law.

Separate Redistribution Is Not Authorized

Original Abadonya maps, illustrations, logos, symbols, diagrams, and other visual assets may not be extracted from the website and sold, republished, redistributed, used as stock assets, incorporated into another commercial product, or offered for download elsewhere without written permission.

This restriction does not apply to third-party artwork or other visual material where Abadonya does not own the relevant rights. Such material remains governed by the rights and licenses of its respective owner.

No License for Commercial Training or Dataset Creation

No license is granted to reproduce, scrape, compile, or redistribute original Abadonya text, lore, artwork, maps, characters, or other protected material for the purpose of creating or supplying a commercial artificial-intelligence training dataset, machine-learning dataset, content corpus, or similar commercial data product without prior written permission.

Nothing in this section is intended to restrict uses that cannot lawfully be restricted or rights otherwise provided by applicable law.

Third-Party Rights

Pathfinder and Paizo-owned product names, trademarks, copyrighted works, settings, characters, artwork, and other Paizo intellectual property are owned by Paizo Inc. Abadonya Archives does not claim ownership of Paizo intellectual property or of the Pathfinder rules.

Abadonya.com is an independent campaign-setting website. Paizo products referenced on this website are not sold or redistributed by Abadonya Archives. References to Pathfinder or Paizo products identify the game system or source material associated with campaign content and do not grant Abadonya ownership of those products.

Where Pathfinder rules, mechanics, or other game material are reproduced or adapted, that material remains subject to the license under which the applicable material was released. Applicable material may include Open Game Content released under the Open Game License (OGL) and material released under the Open RPG Creative (ORC) License. Any required notices, attribution, and license terms for such material remain applicable.

Paizo Product Identity, trademarks, copyrighted setting material, artwork, and other material not granted for use by an applicable license or policy remain the property of Paizo Inc. or their respective rights holders.

Abadonya Restrictions Apply Only to Abadonya-Owned Rights

Nothing in this copyright notice is intended to claim ownership of third-party intellectual property or to revoke, narrow, replace, or override permissions granted under the OGL, ORC License, another applicable public license, or an applicable third-party policy.

When content on Abadonya.com contains both original Abadonya material and licensed third-party material, each portion remains subject to the rights and license terms applicable to that portion.

Independent Campaign Setting

Pathfinder is a trademark of Paizo Inc. Other trademarks, product names, company names, copyrighted works, and intellectual property referenced on Abadonya.com belong to their respective owners.

Abadonya.com and the Abadonya campaign setting are independently created. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Abadonya Archives is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially approved by Paizo Inc. or any other third-party rights holder.

Commercial or Public Use of Abadonya

Anyone wishing to publish, sell, publicly distribute, commercially adapt, merchandise, sublicense, or otherwise commercially use original Abadonya content must obtain written permission or enter into a written license agreement before doing so.

Permission granted by Abadonya Archives can apply only to rights controlled by Abadonya. It cannot grant permission to use Pathfinder, Paizo, or other third-party intellectual property. Any required third-party permissions or licenses must be obtained separately from the applicable rights holder.

Reservation of Rights

Except for the limited permissions expressly stated on this page or permissions granted by applicable third-party licenses, all rights in original Abadonya material are reserved. Failure to enforce a restriction in one instance does not constitute a waiver of that restriction or of any copyright or other intellectual-property right.

This page is intended as a public copyright and licensing notice and does not replace the terms of any separate written license agreement. If a written license agreement grants different permissions for specific Abadonya material, that agreement controls for the parties and material covered by it.
