The World of Abadonya

Depending on how you use the site, Abadonya may collect account information such as username, display name, email address, password hash, account role, email-verification status, and account-security records.

Interactive features may store character profiles, avatars, campaign membership, forum posts and replies, campaign banners, loot images, quests, XP, gold transactions, reports, moderation actions, and related timestamps.

Security systems may record IP addresses or derived security identifiers, rate-limit events, login activity, and technical information necessary to prevent abuse and protect accounts.

Information may be used to create and secure accounts, verify email addresses, operate campaigns and forums, display user-submitted content, process in-game records, detect abuse, investigate reports, enforce rules, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

Abadonya does not sell account information as part of the ordinary operation of the site. Information may be disclosed to hosting, infrastructure, email, anti-abuse, or security service providers as reasonably necessary to operate the service.

Information may also be preserved or disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with lawful process, investigate abuse or security incidents, enforce site rules, protect rights or safety, or respond to credible threats.

Forum posts, replies, character names, avatars, campaign-visible profiles, and similar content may be visible to other members of the relevant campaign. Do not submit information you do not want other authorized campaign members to see.

Abadonya may retain account, moderation, transaction, and security records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, resolve disputes, investigate abuse, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations.

Deleted content may remain for a limited period in backups, logs, or moderation records where reasonably necessary.

Abadonya accounts are intended for users age 13 or older. Abadonya does not knowingly intend to collect personal information from children under 13 through account features. If Abadonya learns that such information was collected, it may be deleted along with the associated account.

You may update certain profile information through your account. You may request account deletion or ask questions about stored information using the site contact method designated for privacy requests.

Abadonya uses technical measures such as password hashing, access controls, email verification, upload restrictions, rate limiting, and moderation tools. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

This Privacy Policy may be updated as the service evolves. Material changes may be posted on this page or presented to users during account use.
