A People Built to Adapt
Seasonborn communities are most strongly tied to Frostmarch, where environmental pressure has shaped their bodies and customs across generations.
Winter-adapted Seasonborn are the most common in the region. They are typically pale, covered in fine insulating white fur, and have narrowed eyes that protect against glare and snowblindness.
Warm-season Seasonborn are rarer in Frostmarch but still appear in sheltered valleys, geothermal regions, and families whose ancestors spent generations in hotter lands. These individuals are hairless and often have darker red, brown, or charcoal skin.
During periods of major climatic change, transitional generations may display features that fall between the two extremes.
