These Terms govern use of Abadonya.com, including accounts, campaign tools, forums, uploads, and related community features.
By creating an account or using interactive features on Abadonya.com, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Community Rules, the Privacy Policy, and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use interactive features.
Accounts are intended only for users age 13 or older. If Abadonya learns that an account belongs to a child under 13, the account and associated personal information may be removed.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity performed through your account. Notify Abadonya if you believe your account has been compromised.
Player and Game Master account roles control access to campaign features. Game Masters may administer only campaigns they own unless a site administrator grants broader authority.
You retain ownership of content you submit. By uploading or posting content to Abadonya, you grant Abadonya a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, resize, transmit, and display that content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, and provide the service.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your content and that your content does not violate these Terms, the Community Rules, applicable law, or the rights of others.
You may not use Abadonya for pornography or sexually explicit material, illegal content or transactions, malicious software, phishing, fraud, threats, targeted harassment, spam, automated abuse, or infringement of third-party rights. Additional restrictions are described in the Community Rules.
Abadonya game gold, loot, XP, and virtual campaign items are fictional game records with no cash value and are not redeemable for real-world money or property.
Abadonya may remove content, restrict features, suspend or disable accounts, preserve moderation records, or take other reasonable action when necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, protect the service, respond to legal process, or address security and safety risks.
Abadonya does not promise to proactively review every post, reply, upload, or campaign. Users may report content for review.
Abadonya may modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit features at any time. Accounts, forum posts, uploaded images, campaign records, and other data are not guaranteed to be permanently available. Users should not treat Abadonya as a permanent archival or backup service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Abadonya is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free service, or permanent storage.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Abadonya and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service, loss of content, third-party conduct, or unauthorized access.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims arising from content you submit, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.
Abadonya may preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with lawful process, investigate abuse, protect users or the service, or address credible safety threats.
These Terms may be updated as the service evolves. Material changes may be posted on this page or presented during account use.
These Terms do not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived and do not replace rights or obligations imposed by applicable law.
